Nicole Kazan - Phoenix

I'm Nicole (she/her) and I'm really excited to join you on your journey to parenthood as your doula. My interest in becoming a doula started from my own experiences with IVF and pregnancy as part of an LGBTQ+ couple. These personal experiences have inspired me to support individuals and families from all walks of life on their unique paths to parenthood. 

I've always been passionate about public health, especially when it comes to women and LGBTQ+ communities which led me to receiving my master's in Social Work and Legal Studies from Arizona State University.  

My goal is to combine my educational background with my personal experiences to get to know you and make your birth story as positive and smooth as possible. I believe everyone should feel safe, heard, and included in their birth experience, no matter what-- period. I'm here to support you every step of the way with enthusiasm and genuine care. Your journey is unique, and I’m dedicated to respecting your preferences and values throughout the process. Let’s work together to create a birth story that’s memorable and uniquely yours.
